How do I know if I received any mail from other members of BC Singles Net?
All mails send to you from other members of BC Singles Net will be automatically forwarded to you from our mail delivery system. Your alias@anon.bcsingles.com address will be exchanged with your personal e-mail address.
I can’t get access as a member, what am I doing wrong?
There is probably a problem with your password or you alias (username).
Please remember that the password and the alias are case sensitive.
If you still have no success, please send an e-mail to the webmaster@bcsingles.com with your alias, mothers maiden name and desired password. After receiving your information, we need to verify it and will get back to you within 24 hours.
I forgot my password/alias, what do I have to do?
- If you have forgotten your alias, enter your password and your mother's maiden name (both case sensitive) and your alias will be emailed to you.
- If you have forgotten your password, enter your alias and your mother's maiden name (both case sensitive) and your password will be randomly set and emailed to you.
